Le poste

Au sein de l'équipe accompagnement, en tant que Customer Care Agent, tu es notre ambassadeur, puisque tu es le contact du client tout au long de sa formation digitale. 

Ton rôle est de contacter régulièrement et de répondre à toutes les interrogations des apprenants afin de lever tous les freins à leur progression. 

Les missions :

Prendre en charge les nouveaux apprenants pour les aider à débuter leur formation,Assurer le suivi de tes apprenants en les appelant régulièrement pour les aider à progresser,Mettre à jour le CRM suite à chaque appel afin de suivre l'historique client,Gérer les demandes entrantes des apprenants en répondant de manière efficace et rapide pour avoir le meilleur taux de satisfaction clients possible.


Tu bénéficieras dune forte exposition client et seras amené à interagir avec plusieurs collaborateurs : les autres Coachs, léquipe dExperts, léquipe Commerciale
