Vous serez en charge de l’identification, l’évaluation et de la capture, en lien avec les équipes locales pour chaque pays, des réclamations relatives aux produits mis sur le marché et distribués par ResMed pour la région EMEA. Ce travail a pour objectif d'être conforme aux exigences réglementaires applicables.

Minimum :
Diplôme de formation supérieure (Ingénieur ou équivalent) dans le domaine des industries de la santé ou équivalent Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie des dispositifs médicaux ou de l'industrie pharmaceutique Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral (échanges à l’international réguliers) Connaissance des exigences réglementaires et standards qualités applicables aux dispositifs médicaux (MDR 2017/745 – ISO 13485)Souhaitées :
Première expérience dans le traitement des sujets post commercialisation tels que les réclamations clients et les vigilances. Bonnes compétences en communication écrite et orale et la capacité de communiquer avec des personnes inter fonctionnelles. Maîtrise du pack Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …). Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans une équipe délocalisée et des partenaires situés à l’international. Capacité à voyager à l’international pour rencontrer les équipes locales et afin de pouvoir rencontrer des partenaires de ResMed ou des autorités locales le cas échéant. Capacité à comprendre l’ensemble des normes et réglementations relatives aux produits vendus et distribués par la société et capacité à faire appliquer les exigences associées, Capacité à mettre en place des processus internes et de rédiger les procédures qualité associées le cas échéant.Parlons de vos qualités personnelles :

We are hiring our future Senior QA Engineer, Post-market complaints handling EMEA to join our Qaulity & Regulatory Affairs team in our Saint-Priest office.
Let's talk about the role:
The post-market complaints handling engineer is responsible for identifying, evaluating and capturing, with the local teams for each country, the complaints associated with products placed on the market and distributed by ResMed for the EMEA region. This work aims to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Let's talk about responsibilities:
As part of the Post Market Surveillance (PMS), be the preferred point of contact for local teams responsible for capturing complaints and vigilance in EMEA, in accordance with ResMed quality procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. Work with all ResMed employees to ensure complaints information is recorded in the complaints IT tool in accordance with local standards. Draft and ensure the review of the communications and reporting (including responses to customers) regarding quality issues affecting customers across EMEA. Be the Regional point of contact for the implementation of solutions defined by the Global teams for the identification and reporting of specific product complaints.Ensure the collection of data required for processing complaints, in particular for cases of vigilance and for any specific requests from an external authority (e.g. competent authorities, police, etc.).
Ensure the training of all people involved in the management post markets issues in EMEA. Participate in the continuous improvement of complaints processing, regulatory compliance, industry best practices, product quality and internal efficiency. Participate in working groups with entities external to ResMed if necessary. Provide support for audits, processing of CAPA (corrective and preventive actions), and corrective actions in the field for ResMed products and products distributed by ResMed.Let's talk about qualifications and experience :
Required:
Master's degree (Engineer or equivalent) in the field of health industries or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in the medical device industry or the pharmaceutical industry Fluent in written and spoken English (regular international exchanges)Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to medical devices (MDR 2017/745 – ISO 13485)
Preferred:
First experience in handling post-marketing issues such as customer complaints and vigilance Good written & oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with cross functional people Comfortable with the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Ability to work independently in an offsite team and with worldwide partners. Ability to travel internationally to meet local teams and to be able to meet ResMed partners or local authorities where appropriate .Let's talk about your personal qualities:
