QUALIFICATION

You are a lawyer, economist and/orpublic administration specialist, with a post-graduate diploma and at least 3to 10 years of professional experience, including international consultingexperience as expert or project manager in at least one of the followingfields: public administration reform, public finance, good governance, economicreform, EU law approximation, democratisation, decentralisation.



You have proven business developmentskills and good knowledge of procedures linked to international donor’sprojects.



You are fluent in French and have a perfect command ofEnglish to prepare high quality bidding documents in both languages. Knowledgeof a third language is an asset. You are fully computer literate.
