Dans le cadre de notre formation en hôtellerie notre Ecole Tunon recherche pour un de nos partenaires pour la rentrée 2018 :

Un(e) Front of House

Hôtel***** au cœur du triangle d’or est situé en retrait de la prestigieuse Avenue des Champs Elysées et de la rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, à quelques pas de l'Avenue Georges V et de l'Avenue Montaigne.

Missions confiées

Assurer un shift en autonomieChargé de la formation et du respect du suivi des procédures. Diffuser de l’information auprès de l’équipe. Satisfaction de la clientèle. Suivre les consignes de vente et de fidéliser la clientèle. Participer à la réalisation des objectifs émis par la direction au niveau des standards de service et à l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires. Participer à faire évoluer l’équipe dans le but d’améliorer le service et les compétences. Assister l’équipe de la réception concernant tout litige ou plainte client afin d’obtenir la satisfaction du client. Vérifier les arrivées et les blocages et prépare les listes de VIP.  Surveiller les overbooking au niveau type de chambre et taux d’occupation et réaliser une gestion efficace de l’occupation de l’hôtel. S’assurer que les consignes, concernant les prix de vente, sont respectées, que les informations sur des prix et promotions sont communiquées à l’intérieur de l’équipe. Proposer des améliorations sur le produit et les procédures. Reconnaître les clients réguliers de pouvoir satisfaire leurs attentes de service.


Profil

Polyvalence Ponctualité, sens de l'organisation et très bon relationnel Dynamique, autonome et ouverture d'esprit  Tenue vestimentaire et corporelle irréprochable Connaissances en informatique (word, excel, micros, OPERA)
