What you’ll do:

As a Sales Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the sales skills of our sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales performance by providing personalised coaching, training, and mentorship to the sales team. Your expertise in sales techniques, communication, and motivational strategies will be essential in elevating the team's effectiveness and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities include:

Coaching and Mentoring: You will work closely with sales representatives, both one-on-one and in group settings, to provide constructive feedback, guidance, and motivation. Offer ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement and sustained performance growth. Ride-a-longs: there is an expectation that 80% of your time will be spent coaching and ride-a-longs are the perfect non-negotiate to add the most value, and accelerate the development of the sales team. Sales Training and Development:You will identify areas of improvement and create targeted training modules tailored to individual needs. Support the central Learning Team as required to design, implement, and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to equip sales representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.You will embed the Sales Leadership Blueprint and the weekly operating rhythm that all salespeople should follow. Focusing on the 6 non-negotiable to deliver high quality mentoring and coaching. Systems, Product and Market Knowledge: You will stay up-to-date with our processes, systems, industry trends, market developments, and our product and solutions offerings. You will ensure the sales team has a deep understanding of our processes, products and solutions and can effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

What we’re looking for…
 

You will have a proven track record in sales roles, with significant experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets. You will be able to demonstrate your success in coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve higher levels of performance. You will have an in-depth knowledge of sales methodologies, negotiation techniques, customer relationship management, as well as aggreko’s products, solutions, systems and processes. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify sales performance gaps and implement effective solutions. You will be able to demonstrate your communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as your ability to adapt coaching styles to accommodate diverse personalities and learning preferences within the sales team. You will have enthusiasm for continuous learning and keeping abreast of the latest trends and best practices in sales coaching and training. You will have a full French driving license as you will be expected to travel nationally. You will speak Fluent French and English to a business standard or above.
