The mission of the Sales Representative (m/f/d) is to develop the Crop Protection activity in Northern France and Belgium . In this position you will manage sales by drawing up a "Business Plan" covering sales, income and control of expenses after validation by the European Sales Manager. You are responsible for implementing the Groups Sales Policy for Crop Protection products and the associated margin. You may commit the company within the limits of the agreement of the "Crop Protection" Business Line within HELM AG or its Business Unit Manager.
Your tasks:
You will be responsible for building and executing sales plans to drive growth in the territory. As part of your role, you will create and manage a new client portfolio and seek to increase share of wallet. Your tasks will include researching and identifying new sales opportunities. You will need to effectively communicate market intelligence to the relevant stakeholders. Engage with independent agronomists/advisors to drive demand on the field. Develop deep relationships with partners to ensure a mutually beneficial environment. Start the medium to long-term development of HELM crop protection in France. You will be in charge of preparing and executing budgets to achieve sales, market share, and contribution targets. Manage account receivables performance and achieve defined targets. Develop contacts and strong relationships with multiple touch points at accounts. Build Key Account Customer plans to support business and relationship growth. Work closely with marketing/product management to foster a collaborative environment. Prepare the organization to place and sell added value solutionsYour profile:
You have a degree in agricultural science or comparable training in the field of agriculture. You have several years of professional experience in plant cultivation consulting in the French market. You have a confident manner, are communicative and win over your customers with your professional persuasiveness. Experience in the sale of agricultural inputs is an advantage. You enjoy working independently, are organised, structured and never lose sight of the goal. You are willing to travel. You have a current certificate of competence in accordance with the Plant Protection Act and a car driving license. You speak French at native speaker level and communicate confidently in English.-
