En quoi consiste le métier?
Le programme Outperformer est un parcours accéléré de deux ans. Vous serez rapidement impliqué dans des projets internationaux avec le top management de l'entreprise. L'environnement de travail est stimulant et vous permettra de vous développer en construisant votre parcours de carrière. Le programme est divisé en quatre grandes étapes:

Votre profil:
Vous avez récemment obtenu un master, ou vous l'obtiendrez en 2024 ( Business ou ingénierie) Vous avez passé minimum trois mois dans un environnement professionnel, par exemple dans le cadre d'un stage, d'un apprentissage ou d'une expérience professionnelle, ou vous venez de commencer votre carrière et vous souhaitez une opportunité qui vous permettra d'être performant et de progresser. Vous êtes multilingue - vous parlez au moins couramment l'anglais et le français - et vous avez acquis une expérience internationale au cours de votre travail ou de vos études à l'étranger. Vous êtes mature et sûr de vous, curieux et engagé. Vous êtes un team player avec de bonnes compétences sociales et de communication. Vous avez une vision globale, vous êtes intéressé par le management, vous êtes avide d'expériences interculturelles et d'opportunités de travail à l'étranger. Dans le cadre de votre entretien, nous vous emmènerons faire à passer 1 journée sur le terrain pour vous rencontrer nos collaborateurs.
