Ipsen Pharma (SAS) is a dynamic and growing global specialty-driven biopharmaceutical company focused on innovation and specialty care.
We aim to make a sustainable difference by significantly improving patients' health and quality of life through differentiated and innovative medicines in Oncology, Neurosciences, and Rare Diseases.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction in Early Access fields, including Early Access Programs-EAP, Named Patient, and other initiatives.
- Work closely with the EA & Patient Support Program Director to support EA topics, such as audit/inspection, reporting to Health Authorities, and EA process continuous improvement.
- Drive excellence in Early Access and manage the implementation and execution of Early Access initiatives up to completion, with high quality as per Ipsen's standards and requirements.
- Supervise Early Access initiatives handled by Ipsen affiliates.
- Develop EA documentation, such as patient access forms, order forms, informed consent forms, and HCP responsibilities, by Product/Indication.
- Healthcare Professional qualifications (pharmacist, etc.) or an advanced degree coupled with global early access experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset to provide strong direct global leadership/project management.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
