Job Summary:

The Global Early Access Manager provides leadership and direction in Early Access fields, working closely with the EA & Patient Support Program Director to support EA topics and drive excellence in Early Access.

The EA Manager drives excellence in Early Access and manages the implementation and execution of Early Access initiatives up to completion, supervision of Early Access initiatives when handled by Ipsen affiliates, and development of EA documentation.

This role is critical for the operational delivery and effectiveness of Early Access initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Implementation and execution of Early Access initiatives up to completion (all Therapeutic Areas/all products) with high quality as per Ipsen's standards and requirements.
  • Supervision of Early Access initiatives when handled by Ipsen affiliates.
  • Development of EA documentation (e.g. patient access form, order form, informed consent form, HCP responsibilities) by Product/Indication.
Requirements:

In order to be considered for this role, you must have Healthcare Professional qualifications (pharmacist, etc.) or an advanced degree coupled with global early access experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

Demonstrating a value-add capability and mindset to provide strong direct global leadership/project management. You will have exceptional communication and influencing skills.
