In France, InterSystems is mainly positioned in the healthcare market, supplying healthcare organizations with health information systems. The company is also expanding into other sectors, such as Supply Chain or Public Services, to which it supplies a unified data management platform.

This is an office-based role in Paris La Défense - Courbevoie with flexible working options. Occasional business travel might be needed. The position is a 12 month fixed-term contract, to be possibly renewed or extended to permanent.

 

OBJECTIVE

As a Junior Marketing Programs Manager, you will work closely with the French Marketing Manager, the Sales and Sales Engeneers teams to plan and implement marketing activities dedicated the Healthcare market.

You will be in charge of marketing programs to support InterSystems development in France accordingly to the company’s key business objectives and marketing plan.

You will be responsible for developing and executing :

  • Brand awareness campaigns
  • Customer Engagement programs
  • Nurturing and Lead Generation campaigns
  •  

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

BRANDING

  • PR/Media/Advertising: Identify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging while maintaining consistency in branding.
  • Social Media: Leverage social media tools/channels to promote InterSystems and its offerings,
  • Web site and blog: Leverage InterSystems website to promote InterSystems and its offerings,
  • Collateral: Coordinate localisation & production of local collateral in printed and digital formats. Update & maintain the availability of these collaterals for internally and externally uses.

CAMPAIGNS

  • Create, execute & monitor campaigns which help to achieve marketing and sales goals

   EVENTS

  • Research, plan and maintain the calendar of events including 3rd party industry conferences, InterSystems-driven virtual and physical events, and field events
  • Own and drive logistics and execution of all planned events; help shape event themes, work with outside vendors, oversee fulfillment/inventory levels, manage events’ sales staffing
  • Maintain direct alignment with sales team in terms of all pre and post event communication, marketing-driven campaigns, and event promotion strategy

  MARKETING AUTOMATION

  • Manage local Customer Management Relationship (CRM) databases to ensure they remain complete and accurate
  • Create and run customer engagement, leads generation and nurturing campaigns to meet business objectives

  ADMINISTRATIVE

  • Evaluate campaigns’ impact and ROI
  • Report marketing activities, results and learnings

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 3 years in similar marketing position
  • Previous experience in IT B2B marketing would be appreciate
  • Project management organizational skills to manage several projects
  • Experience of integrated marketing campaigns, events, leads generation programs, partner activities and managing vendor relationships
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and office productivity applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, …)
  • Ability to collaborate and anticipate sales needs
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet customers, support sales and events
  • Fluency in English and French.
