Stagiaire Assistant(e) Store Design – Architecture (H/F)

Début du stage : Janvier

Durée : 6 mois – temps complet

Département : Au sein du département Retail Architecture, vous êtes rattaché(e) au service Store design

Correspondez-vous au profil ?

Vous êtes étudiant(e) en formation architecture/architecture d’intérieur ?

Curieux(se), vous disposez d’un bon relationnel et vous appréciez le travail d’équipe ?

Proactif(ve) et autonome, vous avez une bonne gestion des priorités ?

Vous maitrisez la suite Adobe, Autocad, un logiciel de 3D, la suite office et l’anglais ?

Qu’attendons-nous de vous ?

Le département Store Design & Planning est en charge de la conception et l’agencement des boutiques, à l’international. Au sein du service Store design, vous accompagnez l’équipe d’architectes dans le développement de projets liés au design des boutiques, du mobilier et des accessoires ainsi que la mise en place d’outils.

Vous prenez part aux projets liés à la Recherche et au Développement. Vous rencontrez les fournisseurs et réalisez des missions de sourcing de nouveaux matériaux pour les concepts boutiques chez les éditeurs ou sur des Salons. Vous êtes en charge des envois de matériaux et des prototypes aux différents marchés à l’international et aux fournisseurs.

Vous aidez à l’organisation de comités, à la réalisation de présentations et à la rédaction de comptes-rendus de réunions. 

Vous coordonnez la gestion des photos professionnelles des boutiques : validation par le Département Communication, intégration sur le site Internet.

Vous participez à la réalisation de briefs créatifs et êtes également amené(e) à travailler sur différents projets transversaux avec les départements de la Maison. Vous réalisez des recherches et créez des planches d’inspiration

Vous coordonnez la création d’une newsletter trimestrielle concernant l’ouverture des boutiques et d’une newsletter mensuelle sur la veille concurrentielle.

Afin de faciliter votre intégration, nous vous proposerons une formation à l’histoire et aux valeurs de la Maison au sein de L’École des Arts Joailliers.
