Description du Poste :

En tant que Key Account Manager spécialisé dans le marché français du secteur automobile (ou autres), vous serez responsable de développer des relations solides avec des clients clés et de diriger l'expansion de nos services d'ingénierie. Votre principal objectif sera de comprendre les besoins des clients, d'identifier des opportunités commerciales et de travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe interne pour offrir des solutions techniques et stratégiques de grande valeur.


Responsabilités :

  • Gestion des Comptes Clés : Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec des clients stratégiques sur le marché français de l'industrie automobile. Être le point de contact principal pour toutes les communications et négociations.
  • Développement Commercial : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et développer des stratégies pour accroître notre présence sur le marché français. Fixer des objectifs de vente et travailler pour les atteindre efficacement.
  • Analyse de Marché : Réaliser une analyse approfondie du marché français de l'automobile pour comprendre les tendances du marché, la concurrence et les besoins des clients. Utiliser ces connaissances pour adapter nos offres et stratégies de vente.
  • Développement de Produit et de Processus : Utiliser votre expérience en développement de produits et de processus pour conseiller les clients sur des solutions techniques innovantes et efficaces. Collaborer avec l'équipe interne d'ingénierie pour concevoir et développer des solutions personnalisées répondant aux besoins spécifiques des clients.
  • Gestion de Projets : Superviser le cycle de vie complet des projets, de l'identification des opportunités à la livraison finale. S'assurer que les projets sont exécutés dans le respect du budget et des délais impartis, en maintenant une communication claire et régulière avec les clients et l'équipe interne.
  • Support Après-Vente : Fournir un support après-vente exceptionnel, en s'assurant que les clients sont satisfaits de nos services et en cherchant des opportunités pour élargir notre collaboration à long terme.


Exigences du Poste :

  • Formation en tant que Technicien Supérieur, Diplôme Industriel ou équivalent.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste ou une fonction similaire.
  • Expérience éprouvé en tant que Key Account Manager dans le secteur automobile, de préférence sur le marché français.
  • Expérience préalable appréciée dans les services d'Ingénierie de Conception de Produit.
  • Connaissance approfondie du marché et des tendances de l'industrie automobile.
  • Apport de portefeuille de clients apprécié.
  • Compétences solides en communication et en négociation, avec la capacité d'établir des relations de confiance avec des clients clés.
  • Orientation vers les résultats, capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral et à l'écrit.
