PROFESIONAL JURÍDICO/A Y ADMINISTRATIVO/A - laboral a término fijo

La FIDH (Federación Internacional por los Derechos Humanos) es una ONG internacional de defensa de los Derechos Humanos. Desde 1992, se ha comprometido con la defensa de todos los derechos civiles, políticos, económicos, sociales y culturales tal como están definidos en la Declaración Universal de Derechos Humanos. Agrupa 188 organizaciones nacionales de defensa de Derechos Humanos en 112 países.

La FIDH busca un/a profesional jurídico/a y administrativo/a de apoyo para la Oficina de las Américas para el proyecto UE: “Fortaleciendo organizaciones de la sociedad civil, víctimas y sus comunidades para la reconstrucción del tejido social y consolidación de paz territorial en la Guajira, Cesar (Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta), Atlántico, Huila, Tolima, Santander, Meta, Montes de María (Bolívar y Sucre)”.

Lugar de trabajo : Bogotá (Colombia).

Responsable jerárquico directo : Directora de la Oficina de las Américas.

Tipo de contrato : laboral a término fijo (3 de junio a 31 de diciembre de 2024 con posibilidad de prórroga) bajo la ley laboral colombiana.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

Apoyar en la documentación de crímenes de lesa humanidad u otras violaciones de derechos humanos cometidos contra pueblos indígenas y el impacto diferenciado que este ha tenido sobre estos grupos. Redactar documentos de litigio ante la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz. Preparar y organizar misión de documentación y giras de incidencia a nivel nacional e internacional (incluye trabajo administrativo y logístico, como solicitar citas, reservar hoteles, etc.). Apoyar actividades de incidencia. Apoyar la organización de actividades de formación en el marco del proyecto. Apoyar en actividades transversales del proyecto, incluyendo labores administrativas, de organización de talleres y para informes narrativos del proyecto.

Perfil buscado:

Requerido

• Dos (2) años de experiencia laboral relacionada al perfil de cargo.
• Experiencia trabajando con víctimas del conflicto armado interno.
• Conocimiento del funcionamiento de la Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz (JEP).
• Especialización o maestría en derechos humanos, derecho procesal o derecho penal.
• Buen nivel de inglés o francés.

Deseable
• Experiencia de litigio en derechos humanos, derecho penal y justicia transicional.
• Abogado o abogada en ejercicio en Colombia.
• Experiencia de trabajo con organizaciones defensoras de derechos humanos.

Rango salarial:
• 3.780.000 pesos colombianos mensuales más prestaciones de ley.
