Notre partenaire est une agence de communication spécialisée en Google Ads crée en 2019 qui permet aux entreprises d’optimiser leurs campagnes SEA, de mieux qualifier le trafic, d’attirer les bons internautes et de les transformer en clients. Plus de 300 TPE et PME utilisent leurs services pour booster leur visibilité digitale.

En 4 ans la société a accompagné plus de 800 entreprises dont de grands groupes comme Veolia, Gîtes de France et Marks & Spencer dans leur transition et optimisation digitale. C'est dans ce contexte de croissance qu'ils recherchent leur futur Account Manager.

Vos missions

En tant qu’expert de la relation et du parcours client, vous serez responsable de définir et d'implémenter la feuille de route de votre équipe pour garantir la meilleure expérience possible. Vos missions :

  • Vous serez en charge de gérer un portefeuille de 100 clients (TPE & PME) de secteurs variés, comme le luxe, le bien-être et les assurances...
  • Vous aurez à manager et à guider 2 Account Manager juniors dans l'atteinte de leur objectifs.
  • Maintenir un taux de churn mensuel inférieur à 5% et réaliser un upsell de 5% sur la totalité de son portefeuille client.
  • Analyser le feedback, le comportement et les tendances des clients afin d’identifier les opportunités d’amélioration de l’accompagnement de l'agence.
Vos compétences
  • Vous avez une première expérience dans le digital et plus particuliérement dans l'environnement Google Ads / SEA / SEO en tant traffic manager ou responsable webmarketing.
  • Vous avez une expérience de 1 années minimum en tant qu'Account Manager sur des clients de petite taille idéalement. PME et TPE.
  • Vous êtes pédaguogue et vous attachez une importance à l'expérience client.
  • Vous êtes résilient, capable de rester dans l'opérationnel (70% du temps) tout en manageant (30% du temps).
