The Job
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Communication: Respond to incoming service requests via phone and email, ensuring each inquiry is addressed with speed and accuracy to meet customer needs.
- Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service calls, clearly communicating details to both customers and technicians for seamless service.
- Follow-Up: Track open service requests rigorously, following up as needed (even outside of regular office hours) to guarantee customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of service requests and customer interactions in our database, ensuring reliability and accuracy in every detail.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with technical teams to relay customer issues and support a unified, high-quality service approach.
The Profile
What You Bring:
- Industry Insight: Ideally, experience in the electronic security industry, with a strong grasp of service protocols and customer care.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear, concise information sharing and handling sensitive situations diplomatically.
