We are currently looking for a new Senior Manager, Development , to join our Advancement department. This is a full-time, permanent position based on our Fontainebleau campus.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Development, Reunion and Leadership Giving, the job holder is a frontline fundraiser responsible for planning and executing fundraising campaigns, managing volunteer committees and securing leadership-level gifts from a portfolio of assigned classes.

The main tasks will include :

Class Campaign Management : Devise, orchestrate & deliver comprehensive integrated fundraising strategy for each class in assigned portfolio, growing number of donors & philanthropic income. Create & implement bespoke appeals (marketing campaigns) for each class. Volunteer Management : Identify, recruit, motivate, manage, influence & steward volunteers as peer-to-peer fundraisers for each class. Frontline Fundraising : Leverage reunion cycle to secure new leadership & major gifts. Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit & steward prospective donors in assigned classes. Directly cultivate, solicit & close gifts. Collaboration and integration : Complete special projects as assigned and collaborate with faculty and staff, alumni, volunteers, and donors to further engagement and fundraising efforts and to advance the school as a force for good.

The ideal candidate will have the following :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or similar. A minimum of 3-5 years in fundraising and/or volunteer management, preferably in an educational institution, or in an educational administration capacity – or a combination of highly transferable skills/experience. Strong written and oral communication skills in English, good knowledge of French preferred Strong public-speaking, presentation, and writing skills, with demonstrated success writing fundraising materials Ability to thrive in a complex, international, diverse environment Outstanding interpersonal, communication & listening skills Knowledge of art & science of fundraising, campaign management, volunteer management Ability to manage & influence key stakeholders strategically & creatively to achieve ambitious goals Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel, work evenings and weekends.

Nous recherchons actuellement un  Senior Manager, Development (F/H) pour rejoindre le département  Advancement sur notre campus de  Fontainebleau . Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée indéterminée à temps plein.

Sous la responsabilité du Senior Director, Development, Reunion and Leadership Giving, le titulaire du poste est un collecteur de fonds de première ligne chargé de planifier et d'exécuter des campagnes de collecte de fonds, de gérer des comités de bénévoles et d'obtenir de récolter ldes dons de niveau de leadership de la part d'un portefeuille de classes assignées. 


Les principales tâches sont les suivantes :
 

Gestion de la campagne : Concevoir, orchestrer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie intégrée de collecte de fonds pour chaque classe, en augmentant le nombre de donateurs et les revenus philanthropiques. Créer et mettre en œuvre des appels sur mesure (campagnes de marketing) pour chaque classe.  Gestion des bénévole : Identifier, recruter, motiver, gérer, influencer et encadrer les bénévoles en tant que collecteurs de fonds pour chaque classe.  Collecte de fonds : Tirer parti des réunions pour obtenir de nouveaux dons importants. Identifier, qualifier, cultiver, solliciter et gérer les donateurs potentiels dans les classes assignées et conclure directement les dons.  Collaboration et intégration : Mener à bien les projets spéciaux qui lui sont confiés et collaborer avec le corps enseignant et le personnel, les anciens élèves, les bénévoles et les donateurs afin de renforcer l'engagement et les efforts de collecte de fonds et de faire progresser l'école . 

Le candidat idéal possède les compétences suivantes :

Diplomé(e) d’un Bachelor ou d’un autre diplôme équivalent minimum. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la collecte de fonds et/ou la gestion des bénévoles, de préférence dans un établissement d'enseignement, ou dans l'administration d'un établissement d'enseignement - ou une combinaison de compétences/expériences hautement transférables.  Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais, bonne connaissance du français de préférence.  Solides compétences en matière de prise de parole en public, de présentation et de rédaction, avec une réussite avérée dans la rédaction de documents de collecte de fonds.  Capacité à s'épanouir dans un environnement complexe, international et diversifié.  Excellentes compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication et d'écoute. Connaissance la collecte de fonds, de la gestion de campagne et de la gestion des bénévoles.  Capacité à gérer et à influencer les principales parties prenantes de manière stratégique et créative afin d'atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.  Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière indépendante et au sein d'une équipe. Volonté de voyager, ouvert à travailler le soir et le week-end.
