Airbus offers you a work-study contract covering both your training at the Airbus. Cybersecurity School (in partnership with Ynov Campus, Toulouse) and your apprenticeship at Airbus.


This opportunity is open only to students who have completed their Bachelor:
Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity.


School and who wish to pursue their academic journey for an additional two years with the Master's degree programme (RNCP certification level 7).

Airbus offers you the opportunity to follow a comprehensive and immersive cybersecurity in aeronautics work-study apprenticeship programme, which means alternating between being a student of the Airbus Cybersecurity School and being part of our operational teams (Digital & IM, Corporate Security, etc.).

Your apprenticeship


An apprenticeship offer entitled "Cloud Security Advisor (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on its Blagnac site.


You will join the DICP team in charge of Public Cloud Services.
This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and will last for 2 years.
This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognised authorities.


As a member of the Public Cloud Services team, you will work on the public cloud platforms of Airbus and their associated components by including cybersecurity requirements as part of the conception and development of platform features. Your missions include:


Tasks and responsibilities
You will be supervised by your Airbus tutor who will help you develop your skills by working on the following activities:
● Assisting the team with the assessment and implementation of cybersecurity-related services and features
● Defining and implementing security best practices for new and existing features
● Playing a key role in the relationship between the Public Cloud Services (DICP) and Cloud Security (DSDC) departments
● Contributing to the definition of processes related to cybersecurity (obsolescence management, threat reaction plan, etc.)
● Keeping up with the latest news and practices about cloud cybersecurity and sharing them with the team


Key deliverables
● Processes to track and react to cybersecurity threats related to the Airbus cloud platforms
● Technical solutions for identification and monitoring of cybersecurity threats affecting the Airbus cloud platforms or for improving the security of the cloud platforms


Competences & prerequisites
You have completed your Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac+3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School.


Hard skills
● Knowledge of operating system hardening (Windows and/or RedHat Linux): Basic
● Knowledge of Cloud computing, solutions and architecture (AWS, Azur): Basic
● Knowledge of Project management (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban): Basic
● Knowledge of programming and / or scripting (SQL, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Python,
VBScript, powershell/Bash): Basic
● Knowledge of SecDevOps platforms (Github): Basic
● Knowledge of a selection and/ or administration of the Security tools (Encryption: SafeGuard Easy, PKI Management ; Monitoring: Mcafee): Basic
● Knowledge of how to capture and manage an organisation's, system's and/or product's key security risks and compliance: Basic
