Airbus Cybersecurity School is a unique initiative. 

Airbus offers you a work-study contract covering both your training at the Airbus Cybersecurity School (in partnership with Ynov Campus, Toulouse) and your apprenticeship at Airbus.

This opportunity is open only to students who have completed their Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School and who wish to pursue their academic journey for an additional two years with the Master's degree programme (RNCP certification level 7).

 Airbus Cybersecurity School

Airbus offers you the opportunity to follow a comprehensive and immersive cybersecurity in aeronautics work-study apprenticeship programme, which means alternating between being a student of the Airbus Cybersecurity School and being part of our operational teams (Digital & IM, Corporate Security, etc.).

Your apprenticeship 

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Extendend Entreprise solutions for Customers : From As-is to proposal (M/F)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on its Blagnac site.

You will join the DSFE department responsible for implementing cybersecurity solutions in Airbus’ subsidiaries abroad.

This apprenticeship will start in September 2024 and will last for 2 years.

Tasks and responsibilities

You will be supervised by your Airbus tutor who will help you develop your skills by working on the following activities.

  • Within the scope of the Extended Enterprise (EE), there is three sub scopes : 

    • Suppliers

    • Customers

    • Affiliates

  • The task of the apprentice will focus on the customer part. This part hasn’t been analysed in terms of solutions and cybersecurity yet by DSFE department in charge of Security for EE & Roofs

  • The role of the apprentice will be to : 

    • Perform a deep analysis of the existing technical solutions for customers. Technical solution is the way the customer will access Airbus applications & systems. It can be an application (like CRS), a portal (like Airbus World), … The idea is to have a complete view of solutions with the associated technology

    • Match each solution with an existing standard or identified the non standard one

    • Perform a risk analysis for the non standard one

    • Propose solutions convergence for non standard solution

    • Propose new standard to improve the cyber security level taking into account the user experience

  • The apprentice will be autonomous with tutor support and will have to interact with other apprentice on virtualisation and Airbus stakeholders



 

Key deliverables

  • As-is of EE solutions for customers including Risk analysis (using an existing process)

  • To-be proposal with standard and new solutions and related security risks / impact


 

Competences & prerequisites

You have completed your Bachelor: Cybersecurity analyst in the aeronautical sector (Bac +3) with the Airbus Cybersecurity School.

Hard skills

  • Knowledge of administrating operating systems (Windows and/or Linux): Basic

  • Knowledge of operating system hardening (Windows and/or RedHat Linux): Basic

  • Knowledge of Cloud computing, solutions and architecture (AWS, Azur): Basic

  • Knowledge of Project management (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban): Basic

  • Knowledge of programming and / or scripting (SQL, C, C++, PHP, JavaScript, Python, VBScript, powershell/Bash): Basic

  • Knowledge of SecDevOps platforms (Github): Basic

  • Knowledge of a selection and/ or administration of the Security tools (Encryption: SafeGuard Easy,  PKI Management ; Monitoring: Mcafee): Basic

Soft skills

  • Organisation: Good knowledge

  • Communication: Good knowledge

  • Teamwork: Basic

  • Adaptability: Good knowledge

  • Problem solving: Basic


 

Language skills

  • English: advanced (as the classes are taught partly in English, candidates must have an advanced level of English)
