This position is open if you have already obtained the Bachelor 3: Cybersecurity Analyst in the aeronautics sector is a prerequisite for entry into a master’s degree within the Airbus Cybersecurity School.

This apprenticeship will begin in September 2024 for a period of 2 years.

This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

The DE CoE is in charge of supporting the entire Airbus ERP landscape from 'procure to deliver'. This role is part of our Airbus Group efforts to strengthen our governance and transformation efforts for our key SAP platforms and processes across the group and across functions.

You will integrate, within the ERP Platform Product Service Line, a SAFe/agile team dedicated to “Finance & Corporate SAP Platforms” of Airbus Commercial and will interact with other ERP platforms teams, application owners and SAP infrastructure providers. This represents an important list of processes and stakeholders in our value chain. This value chain has to be protected from cyber risks. As such our apprentice will be involved in the following activities:

● Support the ERP Platform Cybersecurity initiatives evolving our hardening and monitoring including OS, Network and Software hardening. The candidate shall contribute to analyse and adapt Airbus CyberSecurity guidelines and requirements to the Airbus SAP environment and support then contribute to define the SAP best practices. All this will be done in collaboration with various stakeholders such as Functional teams, development teams, Platform / operations teams and of course Airbus Security colleagues teams.

● Support ERP Platform evolutions projects towards new technologies usage (Cloud SAAS / PCP) through various initiatives as well as whilst assessing risks on our future and legacy systems: In that context the apprentice will analyse security risks, assess monthly security vulnerability bulletins and support the remediation process including any agreed action plans.

● The candidate will also collaborate on various topics with our other security champions in our organisations, participate on weekly reviews and topics of the day. It is here that the members perform regular knowledge sharing and support each other on security related actions. It is in this forum that the candidate will also be expected to prepare and deliver a topic to share with the others also from time to time over the 2 year period.

● It is expected we will begin a process to apply patches both more frequently and with some managed ‘online’. Therefore, reducing the number and length of downtimes which impacts business continuity. The candidate is not expected to lead this activity but is expected to directly support the teams leading the ramp up of this activity by tracking and supporting regular reviews and follow up of the life cycle regularly.
