Stagiaire_Chief of staff to the Global CTO F/H
Missions principales :
Piloter le portefeuille des initiatives de transformation technologique
Accompagner le CTO dans le suivi des projets digitaux stratégiques : capturer les faits marquants auprès des différents membres de l’équipe, préparer les revues avec le CTOs, mettre en exergue les sujets nécessitant des décisions rapidesAnimer l’équipe tech
Préparer les interventions internes (weekly, monthly) et externes (présentations, pitch, tables rondes, comités...).Suivre les missions et actualités de l’équipe pour identifier d’éventuelles difficultés ou arbitrages à réaliserAider le Global CTO à animer la communauté de transformation digitale en s’assurant de la dynamique avec les "digital transformation leaders" (José Antonio Santana, Sylvain Geron, Gabriela Stanica, Alessandra Grendele, JeanLessa, Arnaud Grojean...).
Contribuer à certains projets de transformation digitale
En complément des 2 autres missions, intervenir en renfort de l’équipe sur les sujets nécessitant de l'accélération : analyse de l’existant, diagnostic, recommandationProfil
Vous préparez une formation supérieure de niveau Bac + 4/5 avec une spécialisation en marketing digital.Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), curieux(se), force de proposition et vous avez une forte orientation client.Vous avez un intérêt pour le retail et curiosité pour découvrir le secteur sur l’ensemble de ses dimensions : e-commerce, marketing, process opérationnels et commerciaux magasins, supply chain et marchandise.Vous avez une capacité de structuration analyse des problèmes complexesVous possédez une capacité de synthèse de problématiques diverses à destination de l'exécutif de l’entreprise.Informations complémentaires :
