Description du poste :

  • Gestion d'un portefeuille de clients et de prospects.

  • Analyse et compréhension des besoins des clients.

  • Vente de solutions personnalisées répondant aux attentes des clients.

  • Réponse aux appels d'offres.

  • Promotion des offres de l'entreprise.

  • Développement de l'activité commerciale auprès de prospects.

  • Reporting régulier de l'activité commerciale.

  • Participation aux actions de communication, telles que les salons professionnels.

  • Gestion des litiges commerciaux en collaboration avec les clients et les équipes industrielles, de service et de projet.

  • Transmission des besoins clients aux équipes internes.

Profil
  • Formation : Diplômé d'une école de commerce

  • Expérience : Minimum de 6 ans (hors alternance)

  • Compétences Techniques :

    • Connaissance technique approfondie

    • Expérience terrain significative

    • Idéalement, connaissance du secteur nucléaire

    • Familiarité avec les outils de mesure et d'instrumentation (est un plus)

  • Compétences Commerciales :

    • Fort esprit de résultats commerciaux

    • Aptitude à la prospection active et à la conquête de nouveaux clients

    • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et en présentation

    • Esprit stratégique

  • Compétences Organisationnelles :

    • Capacité à comprendre et naviguer dans des organisations complexes pour des ventes spécifiques.

  • Intérêts :

    • Intérêt marqué pour les technologies, le nucléaire et la mesure physique
