At Johnson Controls, we offer a wide range of smart home & security products, helping our customers to protect their properties and prevent any untoward incident from occurring.

What you will do

In this role you will be tasked with sales activities for the smart home and intrusion product portfolio within France. You will be opener of new business opportunities, selling to distribution companies in the smart home and intrusion vertical.

How you will do it

Provide sales support of Qolsys, DSC, Visonic and related products Provide pre- and post-sales support for regional customers Develop and present sales training presentations Travel and meet local distributors and installers on daily basis Participate and support marketing promotions to increase market awareness of our products/solutions
 

What we look for

Experience in sales or technical role related to security and/or Smart Homes Previous smart home and/or intrusion product installation experience Extrovert with amazing interpersonal skills and strong personality; excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong technical background including knowledge of PCs and Networking Proven skills in building/maintaining customer relationships, dealing with customers (both face-to-face and remotely) and handling their satisfaction levels. Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and fluent knowledge of a local language Willing to travel (in average 50 % travel required regionally and few international travels per year)

Preferred

Experience in a customer support role in an engineering environment
