(Junior) Sales Manager France

For our new market France, we are looking for a dedicated (Junior) Sales Manager (all genders) to represent reev and establish our brand. Together with a Country Manager, you will shape our path right from the start.
This is a remote only position, so you can work from anywhere within the northern part of France - ideally in Paris.
Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Management:
- Manage the sales process for inbound leads specific to the French market.
- Qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient lead follow-up and conversion.
- Outbound Sales Strategies:
- Focus on targeting installers, such as electricians, and full-service providers in the market.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce reev's products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
- Sales Training and Enablement:
- Organize and conduct webinars and sales training sessions, both remotely and on-site.
- Train wholesalers, electricians, and partners on the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Provide support and guidance to customers on how to effectively utilize our products.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interest in electromobility, renewable energies, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets and driving results.
- Ability to conduct remote and on-site sales training sessions effectively.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Previous experience in inside sales or outbound sales roles.
- Familiarity with the electrical or automotive industry.
- Experience organizing and delivering remote training sessions or webinars.
