That’s why we are looking for a Group Head of Business Strategy Middle Market & Large Account to set MM/LNA priorities, bring advanced sales expertise specific to these segments and provide strategic & operational support to our Business Lines & Countries.
You will report to the Sales & Marketing Operations Group Director and be part of the newly created Strategy, Growth & Transformation Department.

This job comes with no direct report, so you will need to be autonomous and build materials yourself.
You will not manage directly sales people, but you will support our MM & LNA Directors & Managers in the countries with your expertise to make them grow faster & reach high level of performances. Your scope will cover bother hunting, farming & retention activities.
YOUR ROLE
Define the Group Sales Strategy & Priorities for MM & LNA
Provide valuable insights to our MM & LNA Sales Directors to optimize their sales organization
Support them to build their budget plan (incl. Hunting, Farming, Retention)
Upgrade our Middle Managers with personalized and close coaching
Get involved in the BU recruitment processes to recruit the top Middle Managers talents
Give insights to Sales Directors to optimize their pay plan and boost sales motivation
Analyse current sales processes and propose levers for optimization
Help our countries to build operational dashboards & reporting to better drive their activity
Identify & scale new sources of leads dedicated to MM & LNA segments
Identify & scale new sales tools aiming to improve sales effectiveness
Improve the way we manage our client portfolio to maximize revenues & level of relationship
Regularly measure & report the performances of our MM & LNA channels and challenge profitability (ROI, KPIs)
Ensure that our sales reps master the techniques of social selling and extract the best of it
Identify latest sales trends and share the most relevant ones to the MM & LNA Communities
YOUR PROFILE
+7 years Consulting Background with deep Sales expertise
Proven experience in achieving sales growth & performance improvement plans
Solid knowledge of the levers to boost sales effectiveness & up-to-date with the latest trends
Mastering of sales technics & sales tools (Salesforce), passionate with sales and the art of selling
Experience in designing & executing sales campaigns
High level of maturity to assess people skills, attitude and potential
Very strong analytical skills, structuration, and data-driven thinking
Very structured and know how to explain complex subjects in a simple way
Creative, autonomous, adaptable, enthusiastic and dynamic
Comfortable and efficient to coach & influence people in a transversal/matrix position
Bilingual in French & English
Comfortable with excel & powerpoint
