Quel sera votre rôle ?

Nous recrutons au sein de notre pôle IT Business Manager pour participer au développement de notre agence locale.


Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Acquisition et développement de clients, Prospection commerciale de nouveaux comptes, Présentation de nos offres, qualification des besoins clients, Elaboration des offres, négociation et closing, Suivi de prestations, satisfaction client.

Développement RH de l’équipe :

Sourcing de candidats, avec le soutien de l’équipe recrutement, Sélection des talents en phase avec les besoins opérationnels, Onboarding et rituels de gestion de carrière des consultants.

Gestion des affaires :

Suivi des KPI financiers : revenue, marge, facturation et délais de paiement, Amélioration continue, adaptation de la stratégie au marché, Définition de plans d’actions pour dépasser les objectifs.

Ce que nous recherchons chez vous

De formation Ingé ou diplômé.e d’une école de commerce (Bac+4 à +5), vous possédez une expérience significative en ESN, notamment dans la conquête de nouveaux territoires et le recrutement de collaborateurs. Une connaissance des métiers du secteur informatique est nécessaire. Doté.e d'un bon relationnel, votre curiosité pour les nouvelles technologies vous permettra d’appréhender nos environnements métier.  Dynamique et , vous avez le goût du challenge et avez développé un sens élevé de la relation client.
