VOS MISSIONS
Dans un contexte de croissance du Groupe, d’un plan stratégique « Beyond » ambitieux et d’une nouvelle organisation RH Corporate en 2023, les enjeux RH se renforcent autour de la gestion de la performance et du management des talents.
Vous intégrez la Direction Développement RH Groupe, composée d’une dizaine de personnes, en charge des sujets de Learning, Talent, Performance, Engagement et Marque Employeur.
Dans un environnement rythmé et international, vous intervenez sur ces sujets à la fois de manière stratégique et opérationnelle
Les enjeux 2023 liés à la politique Talent & Performance sont multiples :
Insuffler un Culture Talent & Performance : Remettre le collaborateur et le manager au cœur des réflexions autour des processus de développement RH Poursuivre les travaux d’amélioration des politiques de gestion de la performance et des talents Piloter la cohérence des processus de développement RH entre les différentes parties prenantes (HRBP, SIRH, DEV RH, C&B) Réussir la poursuite du déploiement SIRH sur les modules Talent/Performance (plans de succession, IDP, talent reviews locales, etc.)
Pour répondre à ces enjeux, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
1/ Animation Globale du process de gestion de la performance
Pilotage et animation de la campagne annuelle de performance dans Workday
Déploiement d’une politique de feedback et change auprès des Bus
Accompagnement et pédagogie auprès des Business Units sur le processus
2/ Animation des processus Groupe de talent management
Planification du processus (étapes locales, régionales, fonctionnelles et Groupe)
Accompagnement des Business Units (intégration des nouvelles BU, pédagogie et conduite du changement, cadrage du timing)
Change management auprès des BU sur notre philosophie de talent management
Projet de digitalisation des plans de succession en 2024
Gestion du du processus annuel des Talent Reviews (1ère campagne digitalisée en 2023, 2nde en 2024)
3/ Renforcement de la gestion individuelle des hauts potentiels
Déploiement d’une méthodologie de plans de développement individuel pour les talents (et change associé)
Mise en place et animation de comités mobilité métiers pour faire vivre les et plans de successions
Création de
S’assurer de la cohérence avec les programmes talents gérés côté Learning en maintenant un lien constant avec les équipes dédiées
VOTRE PROFIL
Diplômé d’un bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, vous avez une expérience de 3-5 ans en Ressources Humaines et un intérêt avéré pour les thématiques de Développement RH et de Talent Management.
Vos expériences vous ont permis de développer les compétences nécessaires à la gestion d’un projet de A à Z et à l’animation de groupes de travail dans des environnements multi-culturels. Vous avez envie de travailler dans un environnement rythmé et de participer à la construction et au déploiement de politiques RH.
Par ailleurs, vous justifiez :
D’une appétence et d’une bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à l’utilisation d’un SIRH
D’une capacité à vous adresser et à mobiliser tous types d’interlocuteurs au sein d’un projet
D’une double casquette « hands on » qui vous permet de gérer les processus de manière très opérationnelle d’une part tout en étant capable de prise de hauteur pour appréhender les enjeux liés aux politiques RH d’autre part
D’une sensibilité à la notion d’UX et d’une capacité à mettre l’utilisateur final au cœur de la réflexion RH
Votre anglais est courant.
