This role is essential to the Data domain, a key pillar of the company's strategic growth.As a Data Product Manager, you will report directly to the Lead Data Product Manager, who will help you shape your vision and support your career development. You will have the opportunity to engage with executive leadership, presenting your data-driven strategies and solutions to senior decision-makers.You will work closely with the data teams and especially the data engineering team (typically 3 to 8 engineers) to deliver high-performing data solutions that ensure availability, scalability and governance of diverse, clean and consistent data ; and power our products whether for direct or partner channels (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal).You will be directly responsible for managing a suite of data products : tools, frameworks, and solutions; specifically designed to facilitate the process of collecting, processing, storing, and transforming data within Younited.

Your responsabilities :

[Vision]  Develop, own, and champion the vision, strategy, priorities, and key results for your Data product area — collaborating with other PMs, cross-functional teams, and company leadership to ensure alignment with the overall company strategy and gain buy-in and support. [Discovery & Market knowledge]  Identify key challenges, risks, and business opportunities by collaborating with stakeholders and the user research team to prioritize the Data Engineering backlog. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management to understand the market landscape and customer needs. Leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and make informed decisions for product enhancements and future developments. [Roadmap]  Define and communicate a high-impact data roadmap with your team and stakeholders that addresses your Younit’s goals while integrating into Younited’s overall platform roadmap. Update the “now-next-later” roadmap every quarter. [Build & Planning]  Collaborate with the Data Engineering team, business owners, and designers to develop and specify effective data solutions. Work with tech leads to frame features, identify dependencies, and adopt an iterative product approach aligned with Younited’s platform. Prepare the backlog with data engineers, ensuring user stories are ready, and plan evolutions within the release process by defining SMART sprints that align with product and tech OKRs. [Impact Measurement]  Define success with clear objectives and metrics that align with company goals and stakeholder needs. Monitor data product performance, using analytics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Share delivery schedules, impacts, and key insights with the team and stakeholders. Collaborate with data teams to optimize product performance, user experience, and development by refining KPIs. [Governance and Quality]  Ensure the quality, reliability, and security of data products. Define data governance policies, establish data quality standards, and implement processes for data validation and cleansing. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data integrity and accuracy. [Stakeholder Communication] : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business leaders, executives, and internal teams. Communicate effectively the value proposition of the data product, provide updates on progress, address concerns, and gather feedback. Conduct user testing and incorporate user feedback to enhance the product’s usability and effectiveness. [Data culture]  Promote a data-driven culture within the organization. Educate stakeholders about the value of data, advocate for data-driven decision-making, and facilitate the democratization of data across different teams and departments. Empower individuals to leverage data effectively, enabling them to make informed decisions and contribute to Younited’s success.

About your profile

Bac+5 in engineering school, business or equivalent academic Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or product management Experience as a data engineer will be appreciated Outstanding records of academic and professional achievement Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and French You are not afraid to share your ideas with your peers and with C-levels, you have strong communication skills You anticipate future trends and are able to have a long term vision You are strong at summarizing and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration between teams, and driving consensus on data product strategies. You are comfortable building trust-based, value-added relationships with team members and senior executives You are very curious and have a genuine interest in finding the best way to solve problems for your customers. You have strong analytical skills and always challenge assumptions with facts and figures You are customer centric , you always put your customer interest first You master sql and have a strong background in data management, with knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and database technologies.

She plays a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders and data-driven initiatives.
