Small & Medium-sized Business - Inside SalesWe are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our Small and Mid-sized Business (SMB) segment. This role blends visionary sales leadership with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making to fuel growth and streamline sales processes. You will oversee the recruitment, development, and motivation of a talented team of 30+ professionals, driving outstanding sales performance and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities Analytics & Performance Optimization
Leverage data analytics to identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain sales forecasting models.
- Conduct regular performance analysis to optimize sales funnel metrics.
- Design and implement A/B testing for sales approaches and messaging.
- Create detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to leadership.
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our SMB market presence.
- Design and implement sales processes that optimize efficiency and conversion rates.
- Foster a high-performing culture through leading, coaching and mentoring.
- Set and track team and individual performance metrics.
Business Development
- Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within the SMB sector.
- Develop ideal customer profiles based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Accounts and partners.
Qualifications
You'd be our ideal candidate if you have:
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, operating in a fast-paced environment and interacting with C-Levels and senior leadership, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in driving teams of diverse individuals towards high performance - hitting and exceeding sales targets - based on respect and care.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation platforms.
