Regional Sales and Business Development Manager Junior

Regional Sales and Business Development Manager Junior is responsible for the promotion and sale of aerospace interior soft goods supporting the commercial market covering specified accounts within the region of Europe and reporting to the EVP of Sales. Primary point of contact develops sales and marketing strategies and support of the sales and marketing initiatives set forth by Perrone Leathers.

Establishes professional customer / vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel (purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, management, and other key personnel.)
Submits weekly activity / call reports via Salesforce CRM concerning customer related activities for quotes, orders, and challenges concerning customer / vendor relationships.
Provides a sales forecast based on assigned customer base on a monthly basis and reviews open opportunity pipeline weekly with EVP of Sales.
Regional Sales and Business Development Manager Junior quantifies and qualifies opportunities with the major target customers in the respective territory. Maintain analysis defining the total market; a competitive analysis on not only the competition and their respective pricing and sales strategies but also identifying their strengths and weakness.
MS Office experience, spreadsheets, data entry and E-mail, Sales Force CRM

Business school master's degree or engineering school master's degree
An initial experience in the aerospace industry (such as an internship) would be a plus but is not necessary.
