Alors si ces valeurs vous parlent, rejoignez-nous  Retrouvez nos engagements RSE ici, nos actions en faveur de la diversité ici et notre qualité de vie au travail  Job DescriptionVos Missions : En tant que Global Account Manager sur un compte stratégique du secteur transport, vos challenges seront les suivants : Définir la stratégie commerciale du compte à long terme d’un des top 10 des comptes Talan Aligner la vision et la stratégie du client en aidant à fournir des solutions et des services innovants, en mettant l'accent sur la diversification du portefeuille pour permettre une croissance à long terme Développer le chiffre d'affaires et assurer le rayonnement de la marque Talan Assurer la qualité de la relation client et garantir la satisfaction client Diriger et coordonner la déclinaison du plan compte avec les différents acteurs référents du groupe (conseil, delivery, commerce, marketing) Identifier et développer la Power Map IT et métiers du compte pour accompagner nos clients, en lien avec notre stratégie Animer le plan de lobbying et les relations C-Level sur le compte Mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour permettre à Talan de se positionner en amont des projets de votre client Piloter, orchestrer et contribuer à la réponse aux appels d’offres en collaboration avec les équipes commerciales, avant-vente et delivery sur le compte Identifier de nouvelles cibles et de nouvelles opportunités de prospection sur votre périmètre   Être le soutien aux équipes pendant les activités delivery et être relai auprès des clientsQualificationsTitulaire d’une formation supérieure de niveau Bac+ 4 ou 5, type Ecole d’ingénieur ou de commerce, vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie d’au moins 10 ans dans la vente de projets complexes. La connaissance du compte, du secteur et de son écosystème est un pré-requis sur cette fonction Capacité à fédérer et embarquer des équipes multi disciplinaires Une expérience dans le conseil, l’innovation ou l’environnement IT Vous avez démontré dans vos expériences précédentes, un sens aigu des responsabilités dans un cadre ou l’autonomie, l’engagement et le leadership sont autant d’atouts pour répondre aux besoins et à la satisfaction de nos clients.   Rejoignez-nous et venez créer votre terrain de jeu SummaryType: Full-timeFunction: Business DevelopmentExperience level: AssociateIndustry: Management Consulting
