Based on the above, elaborate business cases for new markets/new products to be developed and monitor them based on business priorities
embark & federate other departments of the company (top management, R&D centers, industrials, sales teams, …) to ensure that new business opportunities are prioritized in line with the potential value to Aperam
nr of business cases, business plans
Experience in Project Management, and ability to manage matricial, transversal teams
English + another Aperam language (eg. German, Italian, French, Dutch)
ability to build both internal and external networks in a partnership mindset (transversal team works with a wide diversity of departments and international cultures within & outside Aperam)
