As an Account Manager, it will be your responsibility to support business development for France Education and Corporate channels. You will develop your network through new business and business development. Conduct product training and demonstration activities for Distribution, Resellers and End-Users, specifically Education channel establishments.


Maintain the quality and image of the company by providing a level of service and support that ensures total customer satisfaction.
Provide both sales and product training to channels and end users as required.
Provide information to customers, both verbal and written, on the current product range and pricing and, where appropriate, future products.
Obtain accurate stock, sales and forecast information from key customers.
Provide accurate sales forecasts by product on a regular basis.
Provide information on both market and product trends to assist in the future development of the product portfolio.
Monitor market conditions to provide accurate pricing information.
Liaise with other members of the sales department to ensure information flow and a cohesive approach to the market.
Experience in the French tech sales sector
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) & Pipeline software
Competency using Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Good level in English (verbal and written)
