Job Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with the Quectel Wireless Solutions Sales Team, to understand customer requirements and build a compelling connectivity value proposition.
  2. Identifying and acquiring new IoT Connectivity sales, selling directly to Quectel’s
  3. Wireless Solutions Customers.
  4. Developing a good understanding of the customer needs, solutions, and vertical
  5. market.
  6. Exceed quarterly and annual targets. Through forecast and financial planning.
  7. Develop pipeline through prospecting, cross selling with Wireless Solutions Sales
  8. Team and industry events.
  9. Aligning with the Country / Regional Sales Leadership.
  10. Provide coaching to team members in Wireless Solutions organisation, to enhance
  11. their knowledge.
  12. Own and manage customer relationships and interactions through all stages of the
  13. sales cycle, as well as working with the Bid and Commercial Team on formal
  14. customer responses.
  15. Utilisation of CRM tool to manage customer contacts, pipeline and opportunities.

Experience

  • In-depth, understanding of the IoT, landscape, platforms, competitors, and overall value chain.
  • Proven track record of achieving “business development” sales targets, working in an “overlay” role.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English.
  • Ability to develop joint strategic sales plans for increased revenue and market share.
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into strategic proposals.
