En tant qu'ingénieur de support technique, vous serez chargé d'assurer une expérience d'intégration fluide aux nouveaux chercheurs et traders. Vous fournirez un support technique et une configuration, en veillant à ce que tous les nouveaux membres de l'équipe disposent des outils et de l'accès nécessaires pour être opérationnels.
Responsabilités
- Fournir un support technique aux équipes en configurant et en maintenant les environnements Python, Linux et AWS
- Développer des cahiers de formation en Python, en garantissant l'uniformité du code
- Garantir les meilleures pratiques dans la base de code dans les équipes de recherche
- Offrir un soutien sur place aux équipes et aux projets locaux selon les besoins
- Collaborer avec les chercheurs pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions sur mesure
- Explorez continuellement de nouvelles technologies pour améliorer les processus de support
- Faciliter une communication claire entre les membres techniques et non techniques de l’équipe
Compétences requises
- Excellente connaissance de Python, Linux, AWS
- Connaissance d'un outil de ticketing (JIRA par exemple)
- 3 ans d'expérience en tant que technical support engineer
- Etre orienté service client
- Excellente communication écrite et orale : savoir expliquer des problèmes complexes aux utilisateurs non techniques
- Avoir une approche pratique avec démonstrations de solutions
- Compétences pédagogiques adaptables pour différents niveaux de codage parmi les utilisateurs
- Anglais écrit et oral courants
- Compétences en résolution de problèmes
- savoir travailler en mode collaboratif, être proactif
- Etre disponible pour voyager dans les différents bureaux au sein de l'équipe internationale
- Passion pour la technologie, démontrée à travers des projets personnes
