Votre objectif principal sera d'offrir une expérience de qualité à nos clients en répondant à leurs besoins stratégiques et en soutenant leurs projets d’études de marché, en mode DIY, DIY assisté ou full-service :
Responsable de la formation initiale et de l'intégration des clients sur notre plateforme Toluna Start (notre plateforme d’insights consommateurs)
Gestion de projet :
Etudier la faisabilité des projets, établir une ligne de communication claire avec le client et les équipes techniques
Coordonner l'ensemble des activités des projets avec les équipes internes et les clients
Contrôler la qualité des données
Délivrer un reporting régulier auprès des clients à chaque étape du projet
En tant que JumpStart Executive, vous ferez partie de la cohorte « Trailblazer » sur notre parcours d'accélérateur par le biais d'un programme d'apprentissage et d'action très engageant et finement conçu, sur deux ans.

Un Focus d’expertise spécifique, définie par le niveau d'expérience afin de vous permettre d'acquérir des compétences dans l'utilisation de la plateforme d'analyse d’insghts, la gestion des comptes clés, le développement de produits et les solutions clés en matière d'innovation, les solutions clés en matière de marque et de communication et les solutions en matière d'innovation de produits.
Après votre deuxième année, vous aurez la possibilité d’être détaché pendant un mois dans l'un de nos bureaux européens de votre choix (Londres, Milan, Rotterdam, Francfort, Suisse, Barcelone, Varsovie) pour travailler avec nos équipes locales ou notre équipe d'innovation mondiale, afin d'avoir un aperçu du fonctionnement interne de nos solutions, de nos clients clés mondiaux et de participer à certaines de nos initiatives d'innovation

Formation Bac+5 d’université ou école de commerce (Marketing, Business, Psychologie, Economie, Communication)
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
Expérience des méthodes de recherche quantitative dans le cadre de vos études, expérience dans des fonctions en contact avec la clientèle, gestion de projet, fournisseur de panels, plateformes d'études de marché
