Notre client, filiale d'un groupe en fort développement, propose une solution SaaS qui permet de simplifier la gestion de la rémunération et faciliter la prise de décision sur les salaires. Afin d'accompagner sa croissance, il recrute leur futur(e) Senior Account Executive - Digital H/F.

Directement rattaché au Co-fondateur, vous serez en charge de :

- Participer au développement de la stratégie commerciale

- Gérer les leads entrants et les RDV de démonstration obtenus par l’équipe Growth

- Suivre les opportunités de bout en bout : Réaliser les rendez-vous de découverte, les démos produit, le closing et l’onboarding

- Collaborer avec les équipes Produit, Marketing et Customer Success pour améliorer l’expérience client

- Assurer un reporting clair et précis de votre activité (CRM, ...)

De formation supérieure commerciale (Bac+3 à Bac+5), vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d‘expérience dans la vente de solutions en mode Saas.

Vos capacités d'adaptation et l'envie de participer à une nouvelle aventure seront de vrais atouts pour réussir. Excellent communiquant et analytique, vous savez être force de proposition au sein d'une équipe (méthodes, outils, process, présentation de l’offre, …).
