Nous recrutons un account manager / chargé de comptes - ENERGIES

Contexte du poste :
Nous recherchons un chargé de comptes pour rejoindre notre équipe commerciale. Le chargé de comptes sera responsable de faire croître ses comptes en identifiant les besoins clients, en mettant en place de missions, et en gérant la relation client. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en ventes, une connaissance des métiers de l'industrie, des projets complexes et techniques, ainsi qu'une capacité à établir des relations de confiance avec les clients grands comptes industriels, dans les domaines des énergies (nucléaire, éolienne, fossiles).

Responsabilités et tâches principales :
- Gérer et développer des relations clients à long terme.
- Analyser les besoins des clients (interlocuteurs techniques et RH) et trouver l'expert qui répond à leurs attentes en termes de compétences.
- Négocier les conditions contractuelles et finaliser les contrats avec les clients et les experts.
- Trouver, recevoir, qualifier et accompagner, des nouveaux experts (cadres et techniciens de haut niveau) pour développer notre réseau de compétences (volume important) sur le long terme.
- Comprendre et appliquer nos processus de ventes et de notre démarche qualité (ISO9001).
- Mettre à jour le CRM (suivi de relation client) et les autres outils de gestion des experts et de suivi des ventes.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Compétences requises :
- Appétence pour le secteur industriel et les sujets techniques et une bonne compréhension du fonctionnement des entreprises industrielles et idéalement des projets.
- Doté d'un esprit commercial, entrepreneurial, autonome, rigoureux et organisé.
- Solides compétences en communication, en négociation et en gestion de la relation client.
- Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en même temps.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe intergénérationnelle, dynamique, professionnelle et soudée.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique et encadré par des processus.
- Vos principales qualités sont l'écoute, la volonté d'apprendre, l'empathie, la rigueur, la ténacité, la proactivité et la réactivité.

Formation et expérience :
- Diplôme d'ingénieur, Master 2 technique ou scientifique.
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans en vente de services techniques pour des grands comptes.
- Connaissance des logiciels de bureautique, notamment Microsoft Office et des outils CRM (Hubspot).
- La pratique écrite et orale de l'anglais.
- L'expérience dans une entreprise d'intérim est un plus.
