Purpose of the role
Reporting to the Regional Head of Solutions, the EMEA Program Manager is responsible for the roll out of a set of Solutions within EMEA.
The role will collaborate in a transversal manner with R&D, sales, customers, account stakeholders, solutions managers to ensure that our solutions are deployed and run in a timely and efficient manner.
This role can be based in our Madrid office, or in our Milan or Paris office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides the EMEA organisation with a central point of ownership for the introduction and deployment of solutions as per roadmap defined by local Solution Managers.
- Anticipate and facilitate regional solution localization and go to market.
- Build delivery plans as necessary with country stakeholders developing sufficient granularity to support deployment of solutions for key customers.
- Manage the delivery governance and if necessary, any remedial activity across the solution portfolio to ensure delivery remains aligned to target and prevailing priorities.
- Identify and work to close any gaps that emerge in the last mile as delivery approaches Revenue Ready.
- Support the resource management process with hands on arbitration of any contention as required.
- Establish appropriate stakeholder management/communication plans & effective governance, in line with the needs of the portfolio.
- Effective summary and reporting of projects delivery to meet requirements of key stakeholders.
- Challenge Solution Managers for continuous improvement of Ingenico solutions.
- Support the successful deployment of the solution’s portfolio, contributing & challenging where appropriate to maximise business return and/or customer satisfaction.
Background:
Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, or technology
- 6+ years of experience in a project, programme or solution management role.
- Experience in the payment ecosystem and in particular payment technologies
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in the payment ecosystem and in particular payment technologies
- Demonstrable experience of contributing to the delivery of high value & complex projects of work, in a technology environment.
- Ability to rapidly absorb and apply process or technical information, with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving;
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Ability to balance multiple engagements and clients whilst working on time and to budget.
- Self-supportive with a high degree of initiative & enthusiasm, requiring minimal management.
- Experience in working in a matrix organization in transformation.
- Proactive & collaborative approach with an ability to interact with key stakeholders and team members (of all levels of seniority) with tact diplomacy and poise.
- English proficiency is required since English is the day-to-day language in Ingenico.
