The Role

In this role you will lead a group of sales leaders across our indirect sales teams in recruiting, developing and retaining top talent in order to deliver consistent revenue growth. You will be responsible for driving growth across EMEA through the Channel and Alliance partnerships.

You will play a hands-on role with the field sales organization in this customer/partner facing and highly visible position, including (in-)direct participation in closing deals at key accounts.

Your day-to-day

  • Lead a team of dedicated Channel Account Managers driving new and existing partners across EMEA, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Define and report on metrics to measure performance of channel activities, accurately forecast and present deal analysis

  • Determine resource requirements, identify significant and profitable growth opportunities

  • Establish and define both market and target prospect strategies for field and commercial sales

  • Develop strategic plans with tactical execution to gain wallet share from existing customers and market share from the competition

  • Execute on a partner plan to drive incremental revenue through the channel

  • Identify, recruit and develop a talented team of next generation leaders, driving adoption of solution selling

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Marketing and Support to close deals, drive revenue and adoption, and to meet and exceed customer satisfaction

  • Responsible for driving EMEA channel growth with particular focus on incremental NARR created and driven by our channel partners to include but not limited to: Distribution, Direct Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, Service Providers and Boutique Security Focused VAR’s.

  • Local execution of enablement functions as defined by the global enablement team. Functions will be focused on enabling our go to market teams across EMEA as well as our channel partners.

What you bring to the team

  • Experience in hyper growth, building out large organizations at scale

  • Proven record of leading a successful Enterprise sales team as well as a hunger for success beyond targets and sustained growth

  • Experience in building channel organizations with the enterprise sales teams

  • Expert team builder who understands winning as a team, and has the ability to inspire and create loyalty, trust and respect across not only their team, but also cross-functionally

  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail, thinks strategically, but stays on top of tactical execution as well as the ability to lead a large and culturally diverse team in coordination with managers and through managers

  • Able to create a business plan, build a strong business pipeline, accurately forecast and close business

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to conduct sales presentations and interact effectively with internal and external customers at all levels in English

  • Personal drive, passion and enthusiasm to understand and navigate a fast-growing company striving toward market leadership

  • Build strong customer relationships and demonstrate an understanding of the security threat landscape.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
