Vos principales missions:
**#1/ Faciliter la vie de l'équipe**

Un enjeu clé pour avoir plaisir à travailler ensemble et faire vivre le collectif:

- Faciliter la vie des équipes pour leur organisation quotidienne (déplacements, places de conférences, organisation de réunions, etc.)
- Gérer l'organisation et le fonctionnement de notre bureau à Paris dans la démarche la plus responsable possible
- S'occuper des onboardings et offboarding
- Gérer le parc informatique
- Gérer les fournisseurs et passer les commandes (fournitures)
- Incarner la culture The Editorialist et organiser des (supers) évènements d'équipe (Offsite, team building, Noël,)
- Comprendre et améliorer l'organisation, les outils et process de l'entreprise
- Faire vivre et mettre à jour notre charte RSE

**#2/ Participer au pilotage de The Editorialist**
- Préparer et gérer la paie (Payfit) en lien avec notre cabinet comptable
- Gérer les demandes et missions administratives RH : gestion des contrats, formations, lien avec l'OPCO, mise en conformité de nos éléments RH.
- Réaliser la pré- comptabilité (via Pennylane)
- Gérer les flux financiers (via Pennylane)
- Gérer les facturations clients et les règlements partenaires (suivi via Monday)
- Participer aux clôtures mensuelles en lien avec notre DAF et les équipes de production
- Prendre en charge les divers sujets administratifs
- Organiser les documentations (classement / archivage / numérisation de documents)
- Gérer les sujets juridiques (en lien avec notre cabinet d'avocat)

**VOTRE PROFIL**
- Vous avez 5 ans d'expérience minimum en tant qu'Office Manager / Assistant.e de direction dans une entreprise de taille similaire à The Editorialist personnes)
- Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques, Excel en particulier et êtes à l'aise avec les outils Saas
- Vous maîtrisez des notions comptables, juridiques et RH et vous êtes capable d'être l' de nos experts au quotidien
- Vous êtes un.e excellent.e communicant.e, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit et percevez les enjeux de communication interne avec finesse
- Vous êtes capable de lire et écrire en anglais
- En véritable de solutions, vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre organisation, gestion des priorités et polyvalence
- Vous êtes doté.e d'un excellent relationnel et êtes une personne empathique
