Le recrutement concerne une société d'un groupe leader parmi les principaux distributeurs de dispositif médicaux sur le marché Français.
Elle est spécialisée dans le secteur du Contrôle Qualité dans les domaines de la Radiologie, Médecine Nucléaire, Radiothérapie et Recherche.
Identifier et exploiter de nouvelles opportunités de marché, piloter les expansions territoriales,
Gestion Opérationnelle :
Superviser les opérations quotidiennes de l'entreprise, y compris la commercialisation des dispositifs médicaux, la logistique, la qualité et les ressources humaines,
Mettre à disposition les ressources nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs stratégiques, incluant l'amélioration du Système de Management de la Qualité (SMQ) selon la norme ISO 9001.
Finance et Conformité :
Gérer les finances de l'entreprise, incluant la planification budgétaire, le contrôle des coûts, et la maximisation des revenus,
Assurer la conformité aux normes nationales et internationales de sécurité et de qualité, ainsi qu'aux exigences légales et règlementaires.
Management : Diriger et motiver une équipe composée de commerciaux, d'assistantes et de techniciens, et collaborer étroitement avec le Conseil d'Administration,
H-F titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur en Commerce, Gestion, Santé, Physique Médicale ou domaine connexe, vous disposez d'une expérience significative en gestion de haut niveau dans le secteur de la santé, idéalement avec une expertise en Radiologie, Médecine Nucléaire ou Radiothérapie.
Un MBA ou une autre qualification en gestion serait un plus.
Vous avez une capacité démontrée à développer des stratégies commerciales réussies et à diriger une entreprise de manière autonome.
Vos compétences en leadership, en communication et en gestion d'équipe ne sont plus à démontrer.
Le candidat idéal est celui qui est pragmatique, un ambassadeur de sa marque tant au niveau interne qu'externe, un développeur commercial (avec une culture axée sur le client et les indicateurs de performance clés), actif sur le terrain (y compris avec les fournisseurs), et présent lors des six congrès nationaux et internationaux. Il doit également être un bon gestionnaire d'entreprise, un manager souple et flexible, mais exigeant en termes de résultats et axé sur l'amélioration continue de la qualité.
