Vous animerez une équipe projet composée d'acteurs des métiers Manufacturing Engineering, Achats, Supply Chain, et Qualité Supply Chain, dont l'objectif est de mettre en production les nouvelles pièces élémentaires dans le respect des cibles Qualité, Coût, Délai.
En tant que Pilote de Projet , v os missions sont les suivantes :
Structurer le projet : Planifier les activités des différents métiers, prévoir les charges de travail et construire le budget.
Animer, coordonner l'équipe multi-métiers NPI et contrôler l'avancement des industrialisations autour du projet à tous les stades :
- L'avancement du projet,
- Les dérives/alertes + gérer leur traitement
- Vous serez l'interface avec le Programme (le Donneur d'Ordre qui finance), le Bureau d'Etudes et les sites d'assemblage (le Client).
Dans ce cadre, vous pourrez être amené à vous déplacer en France et à l'étranger sur les différents sites d'Airbus Atlantic, de fournisseurs et de clients.
De formation technique supérieure spécialisée en Projets / Programmes, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine de la fabrication (formage, usinage, tôlerie, Traitement de Surface/peinture, équipement) et l'assemblage des Pièces Elémentaires aéronautiques.
Vous avez un goût pour l'innovation dans le pilotage en vous appuyant sur les nouveaux outils digitaux et collaboratifs.
Votre niveau de français est courant et vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise pour mener une réunion ou négocier avec des interlocuteurs internationaux en anglais.
Notre site Airbus Atlantic de Saint-Nazaire (44) est spécialisé dans la fabrication et la mise en forme de pièces métalliques complexes pour l'ensemble des programmes Airbus, mais également certains avions BOMBARDIER et DASSAULT. Environnement & Conditions de travail :
