-> Pourquoi cette création de poste ?

L'objectif du Program Coordinator est d'accompagner les Program Managers dans la bonne réalisation des programmes qui leurs sont attribués. Il s'agit de programmes ambitieux, adressant des sujets innovants et nouveaux, à l'échelle française et européenne, impliquant des industriels, startups et institutions, dont certaines à renommée mondiale.

LE POSTE :

En tant que Program Coordinator, vous aussi assisterez les Program Managers dans la bonne réalisation de leurs projets. Le but étant de gérer en mode projet des programmes tournés vers l'externes, mais aussi vers l'interne. Analyser, planifier et coordonner sont les maîtres mots de ce poste.

  • Cadencer les actions à réaliser, donner de la visibilité sur l'avancée des projets, propositions de plan d'actions.
  • Analyse des risques, création et maintien des tableaux de KPI's et reporting.
  • Organisation et préparation de réunions avec les équipes internes et/ou les partenaires externes.
  • Réalisation des comptes-rendus de réunion.

Le poste à court terme sera très tourné vers l'interne, mais il sera évolutif dans le temps pour laisser davantage de place à de la gestion de projets externe, à destination des clients.

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets (multi-projets) dans le domaine de l'IT ou de l'industrie.
  • Vous parlez français bilingue et anglais courant.
  • Vous faites preuve d'une expression écrite irréprochable.
  • Vous êtes autonome, avez le sens des responsabilités, adaptable aux différentes méthodes et typologies d'interlocuteurs.

RÉMUNÉRATION ET AVANTAGES :

  • Fourchette de rémunération selon profil et expérience allant de 50K€ à 62K€ de salaire fixe.
  • Localisation Lyon 1er.
  • Télétravail friendly, il sera demandé quelques jours de présentiel par mois pour se retrouver en équipe.
