Dans le cadre de notre fort développement en France, nous recherchons un(e) Delivery Lead (H/F).
Votre environnement
En tant que Delivery Lead , vous serez chargé(e) de piloter la prestation de services et de changements pour un ou plusieurs de nos clients.
Vous dirigerez une équipe de Delivery Managers, à la fois directement et par le biais d'une gestion matricielle. Vous appliquerez un modèle de gouvernance efficace afin de garantir le respect des engagements envers notre client et notre organisation. Vous œuvrerez pour renforcer les synergies entre nos différentes équipes internes et gérer la satisfaction globale des clients grâce à l'excellence du service.
Vos missions
Vous pilotez la fourniture des services au quotidien (RUN) ainsi que les changements ; Vous travaillez avec nos équipes commerciales pour définir et soutenir la stratégie d'engagement avec le client et les autres parties prenantes ; Vous collaborez avec les équipes de Service Management pour l'élaboration, la négociation et l'accord des modifications de contrat au sein du compte client ; Vous gérez les finances de votre compte ou des services qui vous sont assignés afin de garantir des prévisions précises et une optimisation des coûts du contrat ; Vous cherchez à améliorer continuellement l'efficacité et l'efficience des processus et des services de la prestation, en apportant une valeur ajoutée pertinente pour le client tout au long du cycle de vie du contrat ; Vous identifiez les risques dans la prestation de services et prenez des mesures pour éliminer ou éviter les risques ; Vous assumez les responsabilités managériales pour les collaborateurs qui vous sont directement rattachés ; Vous soutenez la stratégie de communication et d'engagement des employés.Votre profil
Vous avez une solide expérience dans la gestion de services IT ; Vous avez une formation ITIL ; De nature autonome, vous faites preuve d'un excellent relationnel et de leadership ; Vous pouvez montrer votre capacité à appréhender les services informatiques et nos activités en tant que fournisseur de services, et la valeur ajoutée que nous pouvons apporter ; Vous êtes capable de travailler en anglais.
