Une opportunité au sein d'Interr s'est présentée pour un planificateur / opérateur de salle de contrôle sénior à Paris.
Le schéma de travail consistera principalement à travailler du Lundi à Dimanche, en horaire de jour/nuit.
**Votre rôle (non limité à)**
1. Planifier, tracer et déployer du personnel de sécurité chez nos clients
2. Traiter les demandes et les changements des clients dans un court délai
3. Assister nos employés avec toutes les questions
4. Inspecter et surveiller toutes les procédures administratives
5. S'assurer que les niveaux de performance sont surveillés et gérés
6. Informations de processus pour nos équipes Finance et RH
7. Gérer la maladie, les absences et les impondérables
**Profil**
1. Une expérience antérieure dans la planification et l'ordonnancement - dans la salle de contrôle de la sécurité (garde avec personnel) est appréciée
2. Une carte professionnelle valide (Sécurité des biens & des personnes)
3. Excellentes compétences en communication et en service à la clientèle (écrit et parlé)
4. Une capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés
5. Connaissance des programmes informatiques (MS Office)
6. Solides compétences organisationnelles
