Afin de soutenir cette croissance, nous cherchons notre futur Accounts Payable Manager (Comptable Fournisseurs) dans notre département financier pour assurer la gestion de toutes nos dépenses et de nos fournisseurs.
**EQUIPE \uD83D\uDC99**
Tu évolueras autour du pôle Scale (Marketing, Finance, Ops, People, Strategy ) au sein du département Finance. Ton équipe sera structurée en 3 expertises Accounting, FP&A, Legal (quelques personnes de l'équipe en lien), elles représentent pas moins de 10 personnes aujourd'hui chez Partoo et les années à venir vont être financièrement stratégiques et remplies d'ambitions ;)
**MISSIONS \uD83D\uDD25**:
- Saisir les factures fournisseurs et leur compte comptable
- Assurer la réconciliation et les rapprochements bancaires
- Vérifier et valider les demandes sur Travelperk (Dépenses liées aux business trips) ainsi que les demandes de notes de frais
- Travailler avec notre comptable sur la clôture des comptesValider et envoyer les paiements fournisseurs
- Concevoir et améliorer les processus de gestion des achats pour Partoo et ses filiales
- Assurer la formation et le suivi des différents processus opérationnels financiers.
