We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Account Payable to join our Finance Team in Paris.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Accounts Payable team and oversee the entire accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and payment execution.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, as well as budgets and forecasts for account payable.
- Lead the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies, and serve as the primary internal contact for all accounts payable-related inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounts payable department.
- A successfully completed degree in finance and accounting or comparable training.
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable, including previous leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong SAP skills and familiarity with other relevant accounting software.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- An attractive salary.
- A CDI / indeterminate contract within the head office in the heart of the 9th district in Paris.
