Free2move is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Payable Team Lead to join our Finance Team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable process, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and payment execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Accounts Payable team and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits, as well as budgets and forecasts for account payable.
- Lead the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
- Be the primary internal contact for all accounts payable-related inquiries.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the accounts payable department.
- Successfully completed degree in finance and accounting or comparable training.
- Several years of professional experience in accounts payable, including previous leadership or supervisory roles.
- Strong SAP skills and familiarity with other relevant accounting software.
- Collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams.
- An attractive salary.
- CDI / indeterminate contract within the head office in the heart of the 9th district in Paris.
