Dans le cadre d'un projet de transformation vous intervenez en support des Responsables de Projet pour la mise en place des outils de production au service des opérationnels.

Vous intégrez une équipe projet constituée de Key users et formateurs.

**Missions**:

- Recueillir et formaliser les feedbacks des équipes pour faire émerger des besoins de correctifs et/ou de nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Être un des interlocuteurs privilégiés pour répondre aux questions des utilisateurs
- Concevoir et réaliser les dossiers de conception générale ou les demandes de changement le cas échéant
- Participer à la vérification lors de la mise en place de nouvelles fonctionnalités
- Rédiger la documentation incluant des modes opératoires ou des supports de formation et les mettre à jour au fur et à mesure des évolutions/des feedbacks
- Participer aux échanges avec les équipes CRM en filiales
- Contribuer à l'organisation, animation et mise en œuvre des différents sujets, qu'ils soient nouveaux ou qu'ils participent à l'amélioration d'outils ou de processus existants
- Définir le planning de réalisation d'un retro planning en fonction des différents critères
- Assurer la formation des utilisateurs et l'accompagnement post-démarrage

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous êtes diplômé(e) BAC+5 Ecole de Commerce, d'Ingénieur ou équivalent avec une spécialisation ou expérience en Système d'Information appliqué.
- Vous possédez d'au moins une expérience professionnelle sur la mise en place des outils/processus opérationnelles.
- Très bonnes capacités d'analyse et rédactionnelles,
- Rigueur
- Autonomie,
- Pragmatisme
- Aisance relationnelle, notamment dans l'animation de réunions
- Sens de la priorisation et de l'organisation du travail,
- Travail collaboratif
- Enthousiaste et dynamique
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et autonome, très bonne gestion des priorités
- Orienté(e) solutions et résultats, capacité à faire avancer les sujets en fédérant plusieurs parties prenantes
- Maîtrise du pack office
- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et oral)
