Au sein du Studio Photo, reportant au Responsable du Studio Photo, le Flow Manager a la responsabilité de garantir l'utilisation optimale de la capacité de production en s'assurant que chacun des partenaires fabrique et diffuse au plus juste les assets dont les directions de la communication et du digital ont besoin.
- En challengeant les différentes parties prenantes (prestataires, équipes e-commerce, communication, responsables de production), traduire les besoins exprimés en un plan de production optimisé pour l'ensemble des productions.
- Coordonner le suivi des productions et leur consolidation:
- Préparer et analyser les KPI
- Animer un plan d'action sur les axes d'amélioration.
- Fluidifier les flux entre les différentes parties prenantes et être garant des plannings
- Plan de lancement:
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes pour sécuriser les productions
- Définir et mettre en place des capacités nécessaires à la réalisation du plan de production.
- Communiquer le reporting détaillé sur les statuts (complétude du plan de production ).
- Participer au budget et à la construction du plan à 3 ans pour mettre en place les capacités nécessaires à la réalisation des plans de production.
- Organisation et pilotage des instances de validation
- Être force de proposition et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des process du studio.
**Profile**:
- Vous avez au minimum trois années d'expérience dans l'industrie,
- Vous faites preuve d'une forte orientation business, d'une capacité d'analyse et de synthèse, d'un fort esprit d'équipe et un sens du consensus.
- Votre capacité d'adaptation vous permet de pouvoir travailler avec des interlocuteurs différents.
- Vous appréciez travailler dans des environnements challengeants.
